The Pragmatic Programmer: From Journeyman to Master
A couple of years ago I had read The Pragmatic Programmer: From Journeyman to Master and had really liked it. I had forgotten how much I liked it until I picked it up again this week to read again.
This book is very well written and the authors really keep you engaged through the book by giving you things you can actually do. It is full of excellent advise for developers who like to get things done. The thing I think I like the most about this book is that’s it’s not really a technical book per say, but a book on attitude and practical philosophy of results oriented software development. It talks more about approach to software development than software development itself.
If you run across this book at the store, or perhaps on amazon.com, pick it up. It’s an easy read and worth the time spent.
